Cancellation & Booking Procedure
All booking is done online using the 'BOOK NOW' button on the top of the page.
Appointments are required at this time.

For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service total. For no show appointments, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service total.
If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be subject to cancellation as the technician might not have enough time to perform the service.

If you have Covid please do the right thing and cancel your appointment to help keep our cominuty healthy and safe.

We know our booking policy is very strict, although we know many salons are moving to this system it might be new for some guests.
The simplest way to put it is that If we plan on a guest coming in and they don’t show up we don’t make the money that we need to stay open. We are a small business just starting up, we want to stay here for a while.
Our artist time is important even if you are under that 48 hour time frame please let us know as soon as you know that you won’t be able to make it to your appointment. Even though it is very difficult at the last minute it gives our artists a chance to try and fill their chairs.
